A cardboard clubhouse created for a public space in Las Vegas. The goal, in this collaboration with 10-14 year olds, is to convey the built environment as something that's changeable rather than automatically there. The hook for the kids, who come from Vegas's low-income housing projects, is the chance to make something in public space - a large youth creation dominating in a beautiful lobby shared by a museum and a library, 1997.
