A college class exploring the increasingly prominent role tourism plays in shaping how our world is perceived. Students work in groups to devise artistic "experience/tours" featuring unique slices of San Francisco's social and architectural environment. Tours can be whimsical or didactic, documentary or narrative, historically informed or fictive. The Edited Landscape has been offered at The California College of the Arts since 2003.
